What if I have questions about Intelligent Control, what do I do?

When your battery is connected to Intelligent Control, Evergen will support you
directly with any issues or questions you have. When you sign up as a customer,
you will be on-boarded by Evergen with information about Intelligent Control, using
the app, and how to receive help should you need it.
