Prior to your installation, we need Permission to Connect (PTC).
Before we can confirm an installation date with you, Evergen need approval to connect your system to the network.
Once you accept your terms we have to submit an application to your local distribution network, who own the poles and wires in your area. The installation cannot go ahead without their permission. This application is known as a PTC or Permission to Connect.
Evergen will submit the PTC on your behalf. In order to do this, we need your NMI (National Meter Identifier), which should be located on your electricity bill.
The processing time can vary between 2-8 weeks. Once the PTC is processed and approved we will let you know and proceed to install.
